AVA Strategic Planning Survey
Happy Monday everyone!
The AVA Board holds a strategic planning meeting each year to identify the accomplishments of the previous year and to develop a 12-month plan for the upcoming year.
This year, we are reaching out to you (in advance of that meeting) to ask for your input. The below link will take you to a survey that is designed to give you an opportunity to tell us if there are ways that we can, more effectively or more efficiently, provide assistance/guidance to each of you.
One of the greatest strengths of AVA is that the Board is composed of administrators, just like you, who understand the complexities of VAWA and experience the same day-to-day challenges that you do. With that in mind, all comments and questions are appropriate and appreciated!
