Important Changes to STOP and SASP Subrecipient Performance Reporting

Subject: Reminder RE: Important Changes to STOP and SASP Subrecipient Performance Reporting
Hello SASP and STOP Administrators,
As you know, in 2024, MEI (Measuring Effectiveness Initiative) and OVW will launch a web-based tool for progress reporting. Due to this change in the formula reporting process, SASP Formula and STOP administrators will be required to submit subgrantee data directly to VAWA MEI via the new progress reporting tool by June 30, 2024, and will receive access to this system by May 2024.
Administrators will download the current administrator reporting form from the MEI website (click on “SASP Formula Administrator Reporting Form” or “STOP Formula Administrator Reporting Form”) and submit the administrator’s form as an attachment in JustGrants by June 30, 2024.

In early 2024, VAWA MEI will provide multiple training opportunities to orient state administrators to this process including live webinars, training videos, and ongoing technical assistance via phone, email, and video.
