AVA Peer to Peer Meeting – Washington DC – October 1-2, 2025
Hello all,
We are excited to share that AVA will be hosting our annual in-person Peer-to-Peer Meeting in Washington DC, on October 1-2, 2025. This two-day gathering will provide the opportunity for meaningful dialogue, peer learning and sharing, and deep connection.
We have been compiling topics of interest that have emerged from both our monthly Connect Calls and previous Peer-to-Peer meetings, and are thrilled to offer an agenda that centers your expressed priorities, emerging trends, and the ever evolving landscape of our work.
As part of our time together, we will:
- Discuss Implementation Planningand opportunities for peer support, knowledge-exchange, and cross-collaboration
- Engage in candid conversations with movement leadersaround federal requirements, and strategies for alignment, collaboration, and community-building
- Introduce AVA’s revamped Peer Mentoring Program and begin the process for recruiting mentors
We’re honored to welcome the following two distinguished guest speakers, along with other invited subject matter experts, to guide us in timely and necessary conversations:

- Heidi Notario,Co-CEO, Caminar Latino (OVW TA Provider)
