As we welcome August, here are a few reminders, announcements, and important dates to keep in mind.
AVA/OVW Quarterly Meeting
August 10, 2026
If you have any questions or issues you would like raised on your behalf during the meeting, please send them directly to me by COB on August 6, 2026.
AVA Monthly Connect Call
Our next AVA Monthly Connect Call is scheduled for August 20, 2:00pm (ET). Registration is required.

Note: Non-members are invited to join up to 3 Connect Calls per membership year.

If you are planning to join us, please remember that the special group hotel rate is available through September 5. This deadline is set by the hotel and cannot be extended.

2026-2027 Membership Drive
Our annual membership drive is underway!
Membership packets were sent out on July 13 and 14, 2026. Membership dues, along with your completed Membership Form, are requested by September 1, 2026. If you need assistance with renewing your membership, joining AVA, have any questions about the process, or need additional time to submit your dues, please don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email.

The latest edition of our members-only newsletter was emailed on Friday to all primary and secondary contacts.
If you or your designated primary and secondary contact did not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing—or if your organization’s primary or secondary contacts need to be updated—please let me know.
